You pay for the set-up fees only, so we can get your menu inputted by our team, and then we connect your restaurant profile with our partners. All you pay is a per order commission and no monthly fees.
How will I receive online orders?
With OrderNetwork.com, expensive computers and high speed connections are not required. Orders are transmitted directly to your fax machine. OrderNetwork.com is working on integrating with major POS systems to make receiving orders easier. Tell us what POS system you use so we can up date you.
Are all online orders confirmed with the customer?
Yes, OrderNetwork.com ensures that the receipt of every order is “confirmed” within eight minutes from the time it is placed by the customer. You will get an automated phone call from us and all you need to do is enter the order code from the fax to accept and confirm the order. We will then email the customer that you have accepted the order.
What if an order is placed when we are closed?
OrderNetwork.com makes sure that customers cannot place online orders when your restaurant is closed. You can easily change your hours of operation in your account settings or have a manager adjust the times for each unit.
What if I belong to other online ordering systems?
OrderNetwork.com allows you to work with any other online service providers. You can work with OrderNetwork.com to enable your website to take online orders AND partner with additional websites that can bring further traffic and orders to your restaurant.
What if I belong to or use a third-party delivery service?
OrderNetwork.com allows you to work with other third-party delivery services. Orders from third-party delivery services are not integrated or processed through OrderNetwork.com, however.
How do I update my menu and prices?
OrderNetwork.com makes it easy for you to change your menu items and prices by just calling our customer service team. Menu changes and price will update in 24 hours. Depending on your choice of service packages, you can find the best solution the fits your needs, whether you change your menu frequently or seasonally.
